Zishan has an MBA and brings over 19 years of in-depth experience in leading the design and delivery of innovative CRM solutions. Additionally, he is known for his knowledge in building a strong corporate infrastructure which Global has benefited from greatly. Z’s style is to put others in the company as his first priority. He is humble, compassionate and always willing to help any department succeed through a variety of tools and support methods.  As a strong leader, he enjoys team building and mentoring agile teams to deliver cutting edge platforms as a teacher, strategic planner and development architect.  Zishan has been married for 19 years and has three children. A fun fact about Z- he is a fitness freak, enjoys MMA and most importantly – making people laugh and smile.
